These DD VPF (Découenné Dégraissé, Viande de Porc Française) Superior Ham Cubes are obtained by slicing select French ham loaves without rind or fat. This ham is classified as "Supérieur" (superior), characterised by a carefully selected list of ingredients, including vegetable and pork stock, sea salt and sea minerals (potassium, magnesium, calcium). This gives it a distinctive taste and a pink to dark red colour that adds flavour and beautiful highlights to your creations. It is a product high in protein (20g per 100g) and low in fat (3.5g per 100g).
