Located in the heart of Anjou, this house has specialized in the manufacture of artisanal charcuterie since 1988. Its products are made according to the know-how of the small butcher, from high quality products and in particular 100% French pork. . The rillettes are simmered as in the past in slow cooking in cast iron pots and put in pots with a ladle. Manual work guarantees the correct execution of all manufacturing steps and authentic products.
