Made from 100% French pork, this superior cooked ham with rind is stewed for at least 15 hours, guaranteeing a soft texture and authentic flavour. The pieces are carefully trimmed using a traditional 5D method, without the addition of bardière rind. With its large, whole format, it offers consistent quality, ideal for catering and custom cutting. Culinary uses: Cold slicing for retail or deli platters. Perfect for sandwiches, croque-monsieur sandwiches, mixed salads or for use in catering (quiches, gratins, puff pastries, etc.). Store between 0 and +3°C and consume immediately after opening. Artisanal regional charcuterie: Traditionally made from regional pork, carefully salted, slow-cooked through at 65°C, GMO and allergen-free.
