These mini-salami with pork and summer truffles are made from Tuber Aestivum Vitt mushrooms harvested in the Alps in a sustainable way. After slow maturing, these mini-salami are coated with Parmigiano-Reggiano (11%) matured for 24 months. Already sliced, they're perfect as an aperitif.
