The hams of Juviles are produced in the heart of Sierra Nevada, above Granada, at 1100 meters above sea level, in the DEC (Denominacion Especifica de Calidad) of Trevélez which produces the Serranos hams of great prestige. The drying process is done "traditionally", without artifices, enjoying an exceptionally pure air, and "naturally", without preservatives nor additives other than sea salt.See all products in this range
