Since 6 generations, Salaisons Sabatier has been producing traditional and modern charcuterie in Dijon, in the heart of Burgundy. Their award-winning recipes include the Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2022 for jambon persillé de Bourgogne and the Prix d'Excellence Paris 2020 and 2023 for jambon persillé de Bourgogne supérieur. Their raw materials are chosen locally, under the sign of quality, and in collaboration with small breeders such as Porc Fermier Plein Air in Morvan.
