This pork belly is characterized by a nice balance between the fat and lean parts that make it up. Reheated in 35 minutes at 200°C, it can be used on many occasions: for a garnished sauerkraut, the preparation of a carbonara sauce or a vegetable garden for example.

Brocéliande is a cooperative of more than 300 breeders located in the west of France, engaged in a breeding process respectful of animals and products of better quality. Their pigs are fed with whole grain cereals, without antibiotic treatment, replaced by probiotics and vitamins to prevent diseases. To avoid stress, they live in temperate ventilated, daily cleaned facilities, with twice biger than average troughs and are not castrated.
