Cooked pork belly
This cooked pork belly is distinguished by its extra-lean quality. Made from 100% French pork, it is cooked in the traditional way in stock, for 18 hours at a temperature of 67°C. This slow process gives it a subtle flavour and a particularly tender texture, with no pockets of jelly at the heart of the product. After cooking, each piece is boned by hand for a perfect result.
