This Grand Suisse offers firm texture and fine and delicate aromas. From a traditional manufacturing process, the Grand Suisse is made from fresh skimmed milk, matured for 24 hours and drained in a bag. The curd is then enriched with cream, following well-defined proportions and finally smoothed.
Butters, dairy desserts, rice pudding, semolina pudding, panna cotta and small pots of cream, homemade with the authentic taste of good raw Vendée milk!
From his family heritage, a dairy farm in the heart of the Breton-Vendée marshes, Pascal Beillevaire has managed to reconcile two passions: trade and agriculture. Since its creation more than 40 years ago, Maison Beillevaire has brought together the entire dairy industry and its trade. Their manufacturing methods are inherited from artisanal know-how and respectful of taste and quality. These authentic desserts, small pots of cream and farm yoghurts are produced from raw milk collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment. The butter is made in barrate and molded manually. After adding subtly selected and dosed ingredients, the desserts and small pots of cream are baked in the traditional oven, then cooled slowly, in order to preserve their creamy and melting texture. Their individual packaging makes them an ideal product for resale and room service.
