Treated using UHT sterilisation to preserve its organoleptic qualities and nutritional value (rich in calcium at 130 mg/100 ml), this whole milk has a lovely creamy texture. It is an ingredient of choice for discerning chefs wishing to create savoury or sweet dishes with a distinct character. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Culinary, pastry and beverage applications: Ideal for making sauces (goat's milk béchamel, reductions), flans, custards, ice creams and quiches, or for making homemade fresh cheeses. It can also be used in hot or cold drinks and by baristas for signature milk-based beverages. ► Benefits for cooking and service: 1-litre carton with a resealable pour-spout for easy and hygienic portioning. UHT-treated to ensure excellent stability during cooking, a long shelf life at room temperature and simplified stock management, selected by Le Delas. ► Format and packaging: 1-litre aseptic carton with cap. Packaged in packs of 6 cartons. ► Storage and shelf life: Store at room temperature before opening (best before 180 days from the date of packaging, guaranteed for 80 days from receipt). Once opened, keep refrigerated at a maximum of +6 °C and consume within 3 days.
