Végétop guarantees a stable and rapid binding, maximum development of aromas and perfect color rendering. In cooking: does not shift, even at high temperature. Can be used in combination with acidic ingredients (lemon, etc.) 1L makes it possible to obtain 2.9L of expanded product. In expansion: guarantees a higher volume whatever the process used, a firm and airy texture, a longer hold over time and a beautiful white color. Doesn't turn buttery even if whipped excessively. Usage: Shake before use. Good results in a mixer, in a siphon and in whipped cream machines. Beat preferably at medium speed for a better result, better consistency and greater volume. The ideal temperature for threshing is 4°C.
