Pimientos de Piquillos are ideal for a variety of gastronomic uses. They are most often eaten stuffed with fish or fresh cheese, but can also be eaten cold, cut into strips, in a salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes and cured ham, or hot, whole and pan-fried as an accompaniment to fillet of beef or poultry, or as a starter stuffed with cod brandade, etc.
