Light and creamy, this blend of carefully measured ingredients designed to be easily rehydrated is reminiscent of homemade delights. A simplified preparation process, making it accessible to everyone: mix for 1 minute, then beat at high speed for 5 minutes. This dessert can be personalised by adding citrus zest, chocolate chips, etc. Pour in the mixture which, depending on the size of the ramekins, makes between 50 and 80 portions. Once ready, leave to stand in a cold room for 2 hours to ensure a perfect consistency.
