For 8 cremes brulees : 120 g of preparation, 375ml of creme and 450ml of milk.
Preparation time : 5 min - Cooling time : 1h.
Pour the creme and milk in a saucepan. Gradually pour the mix into the milk by mixing with a whisk. Bring to the boil without stopping beating. Cook on a medium heat during 1min without stopping beating. Pour the cream into individual ramekins. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1heure. Before serving, sprinkle the creams of brown sugar and make caramelize with a blowtorch. Serve straight away.
