Le Delas has selected these fresh, ready-to-bake shortcrust pastry tart shells, 11 cm in diameter, ideal for catering professionals. These raw tart shells are made using traditional recipes for superior quality. They are neutral and go perfectly with all sweet and savoury preparations, such as quiches, sweet and savoury tarts and custards. These raw pastry shells are packaged in practical trays for optimum storage and take up very little space in your fridge. They are presented in perforated aluminium moulds for even cooking and easy removal from the mould.
The HUG mini dessert tartlet is made of shortcrust pastry and coated with a fine glaze of colorless vegetable fat. It remains crispy even when filled.
