They are neutral and go perfectly with all sweet and savoury preparations, such as quiches, sweet and savoury tarts and custards. These raw pastry shells are packaged in practical trays for optimum storage and take up very little space in your fridge. They are presented in perforated aluminium moulds for even cooking and easy removal from the mould.

Its neutral flavour makes it an ideal technical base for catering and food service professionals, allowing for the creation of both savoury dishes and classic desserts with exemplary consistency. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Savoury applications: This tart base is the perfect foundation for your traditional quiches, vegetable pies or thin meat tarts. Its baking stability allows it to support cream-based fillings or moist toppings whilst retaining its crispness. ► Pastries and desserts: Its neutral formulation is also suitable for making seasonal fruit tarts, custard tarts or chocolate tarts.
