Carrots steamed and ready to use. Without prior defrosting, 15 mins at 180°C in a fully covered gastronorm with a sauce of your choice or sauté 7 mins with fat. Thawed, 8 minutes in a fully covered gastronorm with sauce of your choice or sauté 4 minutes with fat. Thawing for 12 hours at +3°C for 2.5 kg in a gastronorm container.
