These 40 round gourmet brioche burger buns are pre-sliced, pre-baked and frozen by EDNA. The name "Gourmet" highlights the richness of the brioche dough (containing 3% BUTTER and 3% WHOLE EGG), which gives it a soft texture and a slightly sweet flavour, ideal for enhancing quality fillings. Delas offers this large pack from our frozen food section, providing a premium, pre-sliced base and maximum time savings in the kitchen for catering professionals (brasseries, restaurants, room service, etc.). Organoleptic and technical characteristics: ► Format: 40 pieces of 100g, large format (Ø 12 cm). ► Easy to use: Defrost for 90 minutes at room temperature.
