Offering another way of using vegetables and their particular flavors in cooking, Cuisinat has developed, thanks to the experience and creativity of Chef Alain Fournet, many references of vegetable glazes. Obtained by the controlled reduction of vegetable juice (20kg of fresh vegetables for 1L of finished product on average), these glazes are concentrated flavors whose color is intact and brings shine to the recipes. 2011 SIRHA Innovation Grand Prix, Cuisinat vegetable glazes were designed for professionals by professionals: very practical, they are presented in the form of a 1liter pipette and benefit from a long shelf-life.
