Organic artisanal pasta rich in fresh free-range eggs, sticking to sauces and holding up perfectly when cooked.
Handcrafted and packaged in Ancenis in Loire-Atlantique, LIORAVI fresh pasta is not subject to no heat treatment and are made from rigorously selected and certified ORGANIC ingredients. 65% on average come from France. The workshop uses bronze moulds, the ideal technique for shaping pasta that perfectly grips the sauces. The batter is made from whole free-range eggs, durum wheat and water. The recipe is generous in eggs (210g/kg of semolina), for an optimal taste and excellent resistance to cooking.See all products in this range
