The Fraîcheur France company, located in the Paris region, specializes in the production of fresh fruit salad and fresh fruit cubes ready to use. The fruits, carefully selected according to the season, are washed, peeled and cut manually under strict hygienic conditions. They are then immersed in a cold sugar syrup which preserves the natural qualities of the fruit.
