Produced from traditional Landes duck and home cooked, simply slice the gizzards after heating them in a pan. The remaining fat will serve to brown some potatoes for example. They decorate salads, savory pies, pizzas ... in summer as in winter.
Slowly candied in their own fat in the traditional South-West way, these duck gizzards offer a melt-in-the-mouth texture and authentic flavour. Ready to use, they are gently heated in a pan before being sliced or served whole. A must in a Landaise salad, they're also great in a homemade cassoulet, pan-fried vegetables or catering dishes. Ideal for catering, hot or cold buffets or takeaways.
