Product description:
Highland Park 18 Year Old "Viking Pride" is an iconic single malt from the Orkney Islands, in the north of Scotland. Matured for nearly two decades in oak casks that previously held sherry (sherry casks), it develops a rare complexity and a deep, natural amber colour. This 43% ABV whisky is distinguished by the use of a unique heather peat, specific to the island, which gives it a soft, floral smokiness. Delas has selected this prestigious expression for fine dining establishments and specialist wine merchants seeking a spirit that has won numerous awards for its perfect balance.
