This fine house produces individually wrapped terrines ideal for tapas bars, room service, platters, etc. These traditional, local recipes combine unchanging expertise with a taste for excellence, brought to life in an EEC-approved workshop. Since 2023, Ducs de Gascogne has joined a group of SMEs, French Gourmet Food, defending the French speciality food industry.
