Selected by Le Delas for its convenience and consistent quality, this ready-to-use Mimolette saves professionals valuable time in the kitchen whilst ensuring optimal portion consistency for large-scale preparations. Culinary applications, preparation and storage: ► Culinary uses: These cubes are perfectly suited to creating mixed salads, gourmet bowls or preparations for catering buffets. Their firm texture also allows them to be effectively incorporated into savoury cakes, muffins or as a topping for vegetable gratins. ► Serving and snacking: Ideal for on-the-go snacking options, this format fits easily into tasting cups or pre-packaged appetiser platters, adding a colourful and playful touch that guests will appreciate. ► Preparation: Ready-to-use product. For 6 generations, this family-run farm has been perpetuating traditional cheese-making skills, guaranteeing unique quality and taste. An exceptional cheese: ‣ Maroilles Protected Designation of Origin, a guarantee of quality and authenticity. ‣ Raw milk from the farm's own cows, GMO-free, for a rich, authentic flavour. ‣ Natural feed: The herd, 130 dairy cows of the Prim'Holstein and Brune des Alpes breeds, is fed with feed produced on the farm (grass, beetroot, meslin, alfalfa, ear corn).
