Sustainable Market Label AFNOR Committed to CSR Certification EcoVadis Silver Medal

🥳 EXEMPLARY ★★★! The Le Delas teams are proud to have once again been certified for their CSR commitment! We have earned the LABEL MARCHÉ DURABLE at the EXEMPLARY ★★★ level following a comprehensive audit conducted in July 2024 by Afnor Certifications, covering 3 key areas and 11 commitments.

In 2023, we were one of the first companies one of the first companies at the Rungis market to be certified "Committed to CSR" and "Responsibility Europe". Our confirmed level rewards our continuous mobilization in favor of sustainable development.

The Sustainable Market label brings together companies that act responsibly and sustainably in their governance, team management, territorial impact, and environmental practices. This label, based on the ISO 26000 standard, takes into account our business constraints. It integrates the principle of continuous improvement (PDCA: Plan, Do, Check, Act). The Sustainable Market label is the result of a joint effort between the Rungis International Market, AFNOR Certification, committed operators, food industry sectors, and the French Federation of Wholesale Markets.

As part of its CSR commitment, Le Delas recently reassessed its practices on the EcoVadis platform. The EcoVadis assessment is based on 21 criteria divided into four themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

For our previous rating, conducted in March 2024, we obtained the "EcoVadis Committed" badge, reflecting our progress in CSR. We are pleased to announce that during our latest reassessment, our score increased from 53/100 to 74/100, earning us the Silver Medal.
