This label, based on the ISO 26000 standard, takes into account the constraints of our business. It incorporates the principle of continuous improvement (PDCA: Plan, Do, Check, Act). The Sustainable Market label is the result of a joint effort between the Rungis International Market, AFNOR Certification, committed operators, the food industry and the Federation of Markets.
Le Delas is proud to be one of the first companies in the Rungis market to be labeled Engagé RSE and Responsibility Europe since 2023.

“Sustainable development issues are at the heart of today’s societal and commercial concerns. It seems essential to us to take them into account in our strategy and our decisions.”
Antoine Boucomont |
As part of its CSR commitment, Le Delas recently reassessed its practices on the EcoVadis platform. The EcoVadis assessment is based on 21 criteria divided into four themes: Environment, Social and Human Rights, Ethics and Responsible Procurement.
In our previous assessment, carried out in March 2024, we were awarded the "EcoVadis Committed" badge, recognising our progress in CSR.
We are pleased to announce that in our latest reassessment, our score rose from 53/100 to 74/100, earning us the silver medal. This improvement confirms our ongoing commitment and efforts to improve our CSR practices.
Furthermore, as part of our plans for 2024, we intend to carry out a carbon assessment in order to strengthen our actions towards environmental sustainability.
