This flavored culinary preparation is based on 22% carob powder and 5% Tuber Aestivum summer truffles, supplemented with dried button mushrooms. You can simply sprinkle most of your dishes with this truffle condiment: fries, pasta, eggs, popcorn... An original way to spice up and transform your compositions. This preparation is also used to spice up sauces or cooked dishes: pasta with cream, veal blanquette, poultry stuffing, for example.
