Duck foie gras terrine 65g

Sterilized, canned or in a jar, it is cooked at more than 100°C. It can be stored for several years in a cool, dry place, avoiding temperature variations. Canned blocks of goose foie gras do not contain antioxidants or preservatives.
The block of foie gras is an emulsion made up of lobes of foie gras and water, seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar.
Its homogeneous and smooth appearance makes it possible to cut regular slices for each guest.
To be enjoyed with a sweet and fruity white wine such as a Côte de Gascogne or a syrupy Jurançon, however some will prefer a red wine: Madiran or Saint Mont, others a glass of champagne. Also to be served with a fruit chutney.
Place the jar or box in the refrigerator. Take out and open the block 15 minutes before slicing it with a thin knife blade warmed in hot water. A sliced liver, the product will tend to oxidize (absence of preservative), this is a guarantee of authenticity and naturalness. To be served on fresh or toasted bread or brioche bread but also on a salad.
