Tempura batter mix flour 700g

Prepared with wheat flour, potato starch, egg yolk and white powder, yeast and vitamin B2, this flour only has to be mixed with water until obtaining a fluid and light consistency to allow to realize crispy and digestible tempuras.
Simple to prepare, mix the tempura flour with very cold water and an egg yolk (about 100g of flour and 160ml of water) until you obtain a sticky but smooth batter.
