This mix of grilled vegetables includes aubergines, courgettes and peppers, carefully selected for their quality and flavour. The vegetables are grilled to perfection and seasoned with a touch of sunflower oil, virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, white pepper and rosemary. Ready to use, this blend is ideal for adding a Mediterranean touch to your dishes. It can be used as a side dish, in salads or pasta dishes, or as a garnish for meat and fish. Ready in around 5 minutes, just pour the contents of the sachet, still frozen, into a frying pan over medium heat.

Method of preparation: In a deep fryer, heat the oil to 175°, fill half the basket and cook for 3? minutes without defrosting. In a fan-assisted oven, preheat to 200°C, spread out on a baking tray in a single layer and cook for approximately 14 minutes.
These aubergines, grown in Italy, are prepared using quality vegetables. They are washed, sorted, sliced, grilled and then deep-frozen using a quick individual freezing process that preserves their texture, colour and taste. They can be eaten after cooking: in a microwave for 5 minutes at 900 W in a suitable container, in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side or in the oven for 6 minutes at 200°C.
The delicately smoky flavour of these slices of frozen grilled courgette makes them perfect for classic uses such as gratins, as a side dish or in salads, but also for more daring ideas: in aperitif rolls topped with ricotta and fresh herbs, or in sandwiches.
