Frozen Dauphiné ravioli, truffle ravioli
The Dauphiné raviole has benefited from the Label Rouge since 1998. Historically established in Drôme, the Saint Jean company manufactures a ravioli without coloring or preservatives. Here offered frozen, already detached from their original tray and without baking paper inserts, they are even easier to use.
