Frozen Dauphiné ravioli, truffle ravioli
Dauphiné ravioli has benefited from the Label Rouge since 1998. Historically established in the Drôme, the Saint Jean company produces ravioli without coloring or preservatives. Offered here frozen, already detached from their original plate, they are very easy to use. Plain, with a sauce or in a broth… in all cases, it will suffice to immerse them for just 2 minutes in boiling water.
