This large surprise bread, 18cm in diameter, is composed of 10x5 different sandwiches, all made on a country bread base: duck terrine with Sauternes and grapes, leek and scallops, chicken with Caesar sauce, tomato olive pepper, comté cheese and walnuts. Defrost 12 hours at +4°C.
This panettone-surprise is composed of 10x5 different sandwiches: ham with butter, gorgonzola and nuts, tuna and Espelette pepper, tomato olive and zucchini, goat cheese with green pesto. Defrost for 12 hours at +4°C without the protective film.
