This large surprise bread, 18cm in diameter, is composed of 10x5 different sandwiches, all made on a country bread base: duck terrine with Sauternes and grapes, leek and scallops, chicken with Caesar sauce, tomato olive pepper, comté cheese and walnuts. Defrost 12 hours at +4°C.
