The particularity of this grape variety lies in the nobility of its aromas and the delicacy of its wines. This Saint Victor, delicate and lively, with 100% Chardonnay grape variety, comes from coastal vineyards offering fresh notes of citrus fruits, ripe apple and white flowers that can be distinguished both on the nose and on the palate. Montbazillac Domaine de la Croix 2019

Montbazillac Domaine de la Croix 2019

The Domaine de La Croix has been a family property for 7 generations, located in the heart of the Monbazillac vineyard, the largest sweet appellation in the world. This vineyard is now managed in a reasoned way, and the estate is HVE 3 certified. The quality of Monbazillac wine makes it the most consumed sweet wine in France. Facing north, the Monbazillac vineyard enjoys a particular temperate climate. During the autumn, under the action of the morning mists combined with the heat of the afternoon sun, a microscopic fungus "Botrytis Cinerea" forms. The development of noble rot then allows the development of this high quality sweet wine. It comes from a selection of the most beautiful "noble grains" of the estate: Sémillon, Muscadelle. Her dress is light golden. Its nose on candied apricot. Supple, fat, unctuous, it fills the mouth well with the flavor of pears and apricots, with a nice balance. It is eaten between 6 and 8°C and goes particularly well with foie gras, grilled pear and Roquefort sandwiches, chocolate desserts or lightly spiced Asian-inspired dishes.
Côtes de Gascogne Classic white 2021

Côtes de Gascogne Classic white 2021 DOMAINE TARIQUET

Very fragrant, with floral and citrus notes, this Côtes de Gascogne from Domaine Tariquet is an invigorating wine, with a lot of freshness, ideal for an aperitif and to be enjoyed with charcuterie, fish, shellfish, crustaceans... It accompanies marvelously Provençal cuisine.
Pays d'Oc Viognier Baron Philippe de Rothschild 2021

Pays d'Oc Viognier Baron Philippe de Rothschild 2021

The late harvest of this 2021 vintage gives a very qualitative wine, with a relatively atypical profile, elegant and gourmand. This wine is made from 100% of the Viognier grape variety, rare and quite capricious, which provides quality white wines with generous body and powerful aromas. The color of this Viognier is lemon yellow with golden reflections. Its nose expresses gourmet notes of apricot then delicate touches of pear and saffron. The attack on the palate is voluminous and reveals the notes of apricot that we already found on the nose. The mid-palate is dense and refined and reveals beautiful notes of pear, then, on the finish, fine touches of fresh spices.
