► Food pairings: Its sharp minerality and freshness make it the perfect companion for seafood platters, oysters, and delicate starters such as fish terrines or Burgundy snails.
► Catering: Ideal for offering as a high-quality wine by the glass, it pairs perfectly with the region's mature cheeses, such as Époisses or Chaource.
► Serving: To bring out its aromatic bouquet and mineral tension, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
► Storage: Bottles should be stored lying down, in a cool place away from light. Although ready to drink in its youth, this wine has ageing potential, allowing it to develop harmoniously over several years.

On the palate, the attack is clean, supported by a saline mineral backbone and a generous amplitude that is the hallmark of the great terroirs of Chassagne.
► Food and wine pairings: This Premier Cru is the ideal companion for fine seafood. It enhances a monkfish tail roasted in butter, pan-seared scallops or grilled lobster. Its power also allows it to brilliantly accompany a cream-braised chicken or sweetbreads with morels.
► Serving: To allow its aromatic complexity to unfold, this wine is best served between 12°C and 14°C. Decanting is recommended for bottles enjoyed in their youth, to release the full breadth of the Chardonnay.
