80% Pinot blanc - 20% Chardonnay.

75% Pinot Blanc - 25% Chardonnay harvested in the town of Marey les Fussey. The Pinot Blanc parcel is 15 years old. The Chardonnays, planted about twenty years ago, are located on the steepest part of the hillside. Pinot Blanc, a very aromatic grape variety, gives it pronounced floral and fruity notes, while Chardonnay brings a touch of finesse. Aging in new barrels on a limited volume (20% of the final cuvée) contributes to obtaining a distinguished and not predominant woodiness. This wine can be kept for up to 7 years but its youthful years allow all its fruit to burst. The 2014 vintage reveals a fresh and pleasant nose shared between white fruits and floral notes. On the palate, it has a good balance between fat and freshness and a good length.
Silver Medal at the Concours Général Agricole and at the Concours des Grands Vins de Mâcon. It accompanies fish dishes or is eaten as an aperitif.
The Saint-Bris vineyard allows Sauvignon to express its full aromatic range and the minerality of the terroir. Planted in cool areas, it matures slowly and then expresses all its strong character. Saint-Bris offers a pale straw color, a very exuberant nose reminiscent of crumpled blackcurrant leaves, with aromas of exotic fruits, cut grass and citrus. This well-structured wine has a beautiful fruity and vegetal aromatic persistence. To be enjoyed rather young as an aperitif or with fruit-based desserts.
This Pinot Gris from the hillsides of Auxois reveals a yellow color with green reflections and floral and undergrowth aromas. This delicate wine offers a persistent and round finish. On the palate, we find well-balanced fruity and mineral aromas, perfect for an aperitif and to accompany grilled meat and fish or in sauce.
