This beach-style rosé is made from 75% Syrah and 25% Muscat petit grains. Its light peach color with lychee nuances is brilliant and limpid. Its nose is expressive and intense with fruity and floral flavors. Notes of small red fruits (raspberries, currants and cranberries) accompany those exotic and fresh citrus fruits. On the palate, the attack is fresh and silky with aromas of pink grapefruit and fruit. The finish is fresh and delicate. To be enjoyed chilled between 8 and 10°C, with tapas, salads or grilled meats.
Located in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, Château Saint Marc takes advantage of the climate of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to produce a light, fresh organic rosé wine. Bottled at the château, this wine captures the essence of sun-drenched Provencal terroirs, with subtle aromas of fresh red fruit, floral and citrus notes, and a marked freshness on the palate. It goes perfectly with salads, grilled fish, seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, tapas, antipasti, or light pizza.
