Characterized by its cherry color and its explosive nose of red fruits, this wine can accompany a whole meal.
Bottled at the property in the Loire Valley, in the heart of Anjou. Cabernet Franc grape variety raised organically on clay-limestone soil. Manual harvesting, natural vinification (unleavened and unfiltered wine, presence of a slight deposit).
To be enjoyed at 16°C as an accompaniment to grilled meats, fish, exotic dishes... Alcohol content: 12.5°.
