Irancy Simonnet-Febvre is made from the traditional Pinot Noir grape blended with 5% César, the oldest grape variety in France that is only grown in Irancy. With its beautiful purple color with aromas of red fruits evolving in the mouth towards
candied fruits, its melted tannins make a harmonious whole. Blending with the César grape variety produces very colourful, full-bodied wines that keep well. To be enjoyed throughout the meal with starters, charcuterie, red meats, small game and to finish off in style with cheeses.
