Suitable as an accompaniment to vegetable and seafood appetizers. Goes very well with seafood and baked fish or, as is done in its production region, throughout the meal. Serve at 4°C-6°C.
Ideal as an aperitif, low alcohol content, to be served cold or with ice cubes, possibly with a slice of orange. Serve at 8°C-10°C.
