This wine is made from 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah grapes. Produced on the clay slopes of the Kithairona mountain in central Greece, at an altitude of 450m, this wine benefits from the famous dry climate of Attica, with hot summers and cold winters, favorable to the ripening of the grapes. Its pink color with medium clarity and a shiny appearance reveals a balanced taste with notes of summer fruits.
Served chilled (10-12°C), it accompanies your pasta with white sauces, roast poultry, Mediterranean dishes and fruit.
