This magnum of Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru, from the vineyards of the Montagne de Reims (villages of Dizy and Avenay-Val-d'Or), is a blend of 100% Chardonnay from the 2018 harvest, aged for 3 to 4 years in our cellars. With a dosage of 5g/litre and an alcohol content of 12.5%, it is distinguished by its pale straw yellow colour and delicate bubbles. Its rich, buttery nose, interwoven with floral notes, precedes a harmonious, rounded palate, evolving towards a refreshing, mineral finish. Serve at 8°C, this champagne is ideal with seafood, fine fish or celebrations.
Fresh and delicate, this Champagne Cuvée Blanc de Blancs from Paul Berthelot is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes aged for a minimum of 3 to 4 years in its cellars. It has a pale straw yellow colour, with light, delicate bubbles. Its aromas are dominated by Chardonnay, with a delicious nose and a buttery richness mixed with floral notes. On the palate, this champagne reveals a harmonious, rounded and graceful character, culminating in a refreshingly mineral finish. Dosage 6g/litre. 12,5°. Serve at 8°C.
