Fresh and delicate, this Champagne Cuvée Blanc de Blancs from Paul Berthelot is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes aged for a minimum of 3 to 4 years in its cellars. It has a pale straw yellow colour, with light, delicate bubbles. Its aromas are dominated by Chardonnay, with a delicious nose and a buttery richness mixed with floral notes. On the palate, this champagne reveals a harmonious, rounded and graceful character, culminating in a refreshingly mineral finish. Dosage 6g/litre. 12,5°. Serve at 8°C.
