Gouverneur 1648 is a rum of the purest tradition of the West Indies, aged in the cellars of Saint-Martin. It was developed by Master Blender Olivier Klienhans from several agricultural rums over 10 years old (out of age) from Marie-Galante, Guadeloupe and the Dominican Republic. This Gouverneur 1648 rum is a tribute to the Treaty of Condorlia which still organizes the sharing of Saint-Martin between France and Holland. It is made from freshly squeezed cane juice and molasses, without adding sugar or coloring, and not cold filtered. Its nose is toasted and woody with notes of candied fruit and caramel, its mouth is on cocoa, liquorice with a hint of beeswax. Its finish reveals a hint of cinnamon and notes of candied fruit.
To be served 5 minutes before tasting in a stemmed glass with a wide base that closes upwards.

Bellevoye Rouge is the first triple 100% French low peated malt, an assembly of three exceptional French regional single malt (Charente, Alsace, Lorraine). The final breeding continues in post-assembly in the Bellevoye winery, 6 months in barrels of Grands Crus Classés de Saint-Émilion. Gourmet, Bellevove Rouge guarantees a complex palette and aromatic purity. Thanks to its creamy and mellow texture, the palate recalls the generosity of Medjoul dates. The presence of menthol notes preserves the balance. The scent of fine spices and brown sugar accompanies the tasty finish. He was awarded a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2020.
Bellevoye Blanc is the first triple 100% French peated malt matured in Sauternes casks, a unique blend of three of the best Single Malt in France (Lorraine, Alsace and Charente). The barrels used in post-assembly, for 6 months, come from a famous vintage classified of Sauternes. The Bellevoye Blanc has a roundness as well as sweet and spicy aromas. The palate is on the ripe and juicy fruit with a silky and delicate texture. The final tasting is accompanied by notes of almond and hazelnut. He has distinguished himself many times and notably in 2019 with a gold medal at the Concours des meilleurs vins et spiritueux français in the United States.
Bellevoye Noir is the 1st 100% French peated Triple Malt, from three of the best peated Single Malt in France (Lorraine, Alsace and Charente). It is put in post-assembly in the Bellevoye winery, 9 to 12 months in new French oak barrels with fine grain and heated in a way specially adapted to the peaty notes of the barley grains. A very low production allows a barrel selection of the best whiskies. Many gold medals mark his career, the last of which was in 2021 at the "World Whisky Awards". Bellevove Noir presents elegant tannins, a fresh and harmonious balance and a long and persistent finish on characteristic peat aromas.
Bellevoye Prune is a 100% French peatless Triple Malt, matured in old plum barrels. Ripening in old plum barrels takes place in the Bellevoye winery during the last months of ageing. This subtle marriage between malted barley and plum brings to the blend a very fruity intensity on the nose and a mouth abundantly greedy and refreshing. The tasting notes on the palate evoke the crunch of freshly picked plum. The finish is long and persistent on notes of almonds and stewed fruits.
Bellevoye Vert is a 100% French Triple Malt matured in barrels of old Calvados. It is a slightly peaty blend completely new. The maturing of the last months of ageing is carried out in barrels previously used for very old Calvados of forty years, in the Bellevoye winery. This subtle combination of slightly smoky malted barley and Calvados brings power and elegance to this blend. The tasting notes on the palate evoke the texture and richness of walnut oil. Bellevoye Vert is ample and energetic thanks to its salty freshness. Long and exuberant, the finish reveals persistent aromas of precious wood.

Bologne is the only distillery in Guadeloupe that continues to grow black cane and cut it manually. Indeed, its low yield has penalized it, but its aromatic richness, its fruity nose, a lingering finish in the mouth, have made it unavoidable and represents well the typicity of rum. This Black Cane rum has a robe of crystalline clarity, which has kept the very rich flavors of fresh cane, fruity notes of lemon, pear and exotic fruits and a hint of iodine.
