This sake comes with a Yoshino cedar wood piece tied around the bottle. It is made from pure water (with a concentration of natural salts close to zero) drawn directly from a well dug according to a traditional method and perfected by 'master craftsmen' of rice and koji. Its flavor is slightly fruity. Enjoy with Yoshino cedar wood soaked in your glass to perfume it.

This sake is a sake “Junmai" which means "pure rice" without any addition of distilled alcohol. Very aromatic with a sweetness closed to a half-dry wine and a beautiful umami, it is one of the best sake category. It can be tasted fresh, at room temperature or hot (45c°). He won the gold medal from ITWC 2014. Its flavor is sugary and enjoys a good balance between sweetness and acidity. It is particularly well suited to marinated beef, grilled eel or bonito tataki.

Kijoshu is a sake produced by replacing some of the water used during its production with sake, which makes it more syrupy. Nigori describes a cloudy-looking sake, coarsely filtered, and containing fine particles of cooked rice. Sake Kiyomori Heian has a strong taste of rice, a sweet flavor and an excellent length in mouth. It is drunk very fresh, ideally for aperitif or dessert.

This Kijoshu is produced with sake added instead of water and aged 8 years. This long maturation gives it a deep amber color and a denser texture, slightly syrupy. Its complex flavor is long in mouth with a long, alcoholic and sweet finish. It goes very well with foie gras, cheeses, tempuras, spicy dishes, as well as chocolate dessert or ice cream.

This sake is produced from Senbon Nishiki rice grown in the Hiroshima prefecture. In order to give this sake a clear and strong taste, free from flaws, the lowest protein rice grains are selected. Its fruity and slightly sweet flavor is typical of ginjo. Fresh and fruity, raw and rich, with a hint of sugar. Its finesse complements fish dishes or seafood as well as cheeses. It will also go well with strong tasting chicken and desserts.

This sake was developed using exclusively sake rice grown in Hiroshima, and selected with care. The rice was polished at 70%, giving the sake a round, soft and dry aroma. Light and easy to drink, the sake Kamotsuru Junmai will be perfect with your appetizers or in cocktails. It can be drunk fresh or at room temperature.
