This pre-sliced rosette from the AOSTE brand comes in packs of 52 regular slices, each weighing 10g. The rosette is made from lean pork and pork fat sourced from the European Union. It is minced, seasoned, mixed, steamed and dried in accordance with the French charcuterie code of practice. Once dried, it is removed from its casing, sliced and packaged for immediate use. The rosette has a reddish-pink colour for the lean meat and white marbling for the fat, with a medium grind and a soft texture.
