Much appreciated by charcuterie lovers, coppa is a product originating from Corsica. Made from pork loin macerated in salt, the coppa is washed in wine before being peppered, shaped and then smoked. Dried for at least 2 months, the taste of coppa is powerful and complex. The coppa therefore has its place on a charcuterie board, it gives character to worked sandwiches, it can also be served on its own.
Traditional product obtained from pork belly. The meat is skinned, dry-salted, flavored and cured. The slices are characterized by their soft consistency and delicacy, thanks to the perfect veining of noble fat.
