Sliced Bacon - Coppa - Pancetta
Much appreciated by charcuterie lovers, coppa is a product originating from Corsica. Made from pork loin macerated in salt, the coppa is washed in wine before being peppered, shaped and then smoked. Dried for at least 2 months, the taste of coppa is powerful and complex. The coppa therefore has its place on a charcuterie board, it gives character to worked sandwiches, it can also be served on its own.
This sliced smoked bacon is packaged in a protective atmosphere in a tray containing approximately 40 slices, offering a consistent weight for optimal portion control. This bacon is made from EU pork, which is salted, seasoned, steamed and smoked. Culinary uses and storage:
► Use: Ideal for English breakfasts, brunches, sandwiches, burgers or club sandwiches. These bacon strips are also suitable for frying, grilling or baking to accompany eggs, salads, meat or vegetables.
► Serving suggestion: We recommend opening the tray 20 minutes in advance to allow the flavours to develop fully.
► Storage: Before opening, store between 0°C and +4°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
