Natural and pistachio Italian mortadella
A recipe from Bologna, this mortadella has had the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) label since 1998.
Cut thin, its slices are a uniform bright pink color and have an extremely velvety appearance. The taste is delicate and is characterized by a typical and very aromatic scent of spices.
Mortadella is excellent on its own or seasoned with an oil flavored with basil and garlic.
