Greek cheeses, Feta, Halloumi, graviera...
A mild, semi-hard cheese made from goat's and sheep's milk, Halloumi has an amazing ability to retain its shape and not melt when cooked. It can therefore be eaten fresh, grilled or fried, in salads or as an accompaniment to traditional Cypriot main courses.
This authentic Greek feta is made from sheep's or goat's milk according to tradition. This PDO feta is matured in brine to develop its melt-in-the-mouth texture and typical fresh, salty, slightly tangy taste. Its practical 200g format is ideal for setting out and individual portions.
Uses:
► Mixed salads, tabbouleh, poke bowls,
► Aperitifs: verrines, bites, kebabs,
► Filling for bricks, quiches, tarts, gratins,
► Topping on pizzas or roasted vegetables.
